Information obligation according to § 36 Consumer Dispute Settlement Act

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of § 36 para. 1 Consumer Dispute Settlement Act. This does not affect the possibility of a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board in the context of a specific dispute with the consent of both contractual parties in accordance with § 37 VSBG.
