Le Clip - Le Crochet Crutch Holders

Everyone knows the scenario: On outings with grandparents, crutches and walking sticks are leaned against chair backs and tables, getting in the way or falling to the floor. People must step over, avoid, or pick them up again. This is not ideal for the environment of people with mobility impairments. Le Clip and Le Crochet solve this problem! They are crutch holders that keep walking aids securely in place and can be used in various scenarios depending on user preference.

Le Clip

Le Clip is versatile and applicable in multiple situations. Depending on the environment, it can be spread under any conventional table or hung over most common chair backs. Thanks to its flexible material, it can be attached to the walking aid without much effort and does not hinder its use due to its compact form.

Le Crochet

Le Crochet is a holder for a walking aid, perfect for daily use in familiar environments like desks or dining tables. To keep the crutch within reach, this holder fixes it nearby. It is space-saving and always quickly accessible when attached to the walking aid.

The advantage of being operable with one hand is especially beneficial for people with impairments. Overall, it is the perfect companion for people who are often on the move and occasionally need to sit down and set aside their walking aid. The final presentation model was made using 3D printing and coated with a thin layer of polyurethane.

LE CLIP

First attach the crutch holder to the crutch tube and place it on the tube below the table top

Then push the clip on the crutch upwards so that it clamps the crutch under the plate.

If the table is too high to clamp the crutch underneath in this way, the Clip can also be used the other way around.

Le Crochet

Le Crochet easily clamps onto the walking aid's tube and, thanks to its slim design and elegant look, does not interfere with use. It can be attached to any table top with a thickness of 1 to 6 centimeters. Its non-slip surface holds securely on all surfaces and fixes the walking aid in place. This holder is particularly useful in situations where the walking aid needs to be securely fixed for extended periods, such as in a crowded restaurant or a nursing home canteen where residents with walkers might bump into it.
